Ms. Hoang Diep Truc brings a strong professional background in finance, with extensive experience in corporate credit assessment at leading banks in Vietnam. This expertise has become a defining strength in her immigration advisory career, enabling her to independently evaluate investment projects and provide clients with a more rigorous, objective perspective when considering investment migration programs.

Since 2015, she has dedicated her career to the investment migration sector, advising and supporting hundreds of Vietnamese families across programs such as EB-5, EB-1C, and Golden Visa pathways in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Canada. More than a decade of continuous industry experience has allowed her to develop deep technical knowledge, establish long-standing professional relationships, and remain closely informed of evolving immigration policies—ensuring that every client receives advice grounded in accurate information, practical analysis, and long-term strategic thinking.

For several consecutive years, Ms. Truc has been recognized among the Top 25 Global Migration Agency CEOs by EB5 Investors Magazine and UGlobal. At GLOBAL CITIZEN FORUM 2026 – GLOBAL STRATEGIES, she will share strategic insights into global mobility, investment migration, and long-term international planning for Vietnamese families.

An international investment and migration advisor with an MBA in Finance and International Business, Ms. Lan Anh brings more than 10 years of experience in the investment migration sector since 2014.

She has advised clients on strategic financial, investment, and migration solutions across key markets, including the United States, Australia, and Canada. Throughout the advisory process, she works closely with immigration lawyers, financial specialists, and international partners to support project due diligence, strategic planning, and comprehensive case management.

He is the Managing Partner and Co-Chair of Fractal Holdings, where he specializes in advising on and raising equity and debt capital from institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals for real estate investments across the United States.

Previously, he served as Hospitality Portfolio Manager and a member of the Executive Committee at a leading Dallas–Fort Worth real estate investment firm with approximately USD 7 billion in assets under management. In this role, he oversaw a hotel portfolio valued at more than USD 500 million.

He is also the founder of Bexa Capital Group, a firm focused on hospitality acquisitions and capital financing. Earlier in his career, he worked as an analyst at AllianceBernstein, a publicly listed global investment management company.

With 12 years of experience in international investment migration advisory, Ms. Khanh specializes in assessing client profiles and developing tailored residency strategies for each family. Her expertise spans a wide range of programs, including EB-5, EB-1C, EB-3, European Golden Visa pathways, and New Zealand residency options.

She primarily advises CEOs, business owners, and high-net-worth investors who require a comprehensive perspective and a globally informed migration strategy aligned with their long-term objectives. Her advisory approach is built on holistic assessment—looking beyond any single program to consider the family’s broader residency needs, financial planning priorities, lifestyle preferences, and future goals.
